I got to shoot all day yesterday. it was a great day.
I was wondering if the results of a casual exiperiment I did could be true. I shot some feather flethced redline 520's at 80 yds till I was satisfied with the mark. I then shot the same shafts with Kurly vanes on them. I had to back up 4 yds to get the Kruly vanes to print on the target where the feathered shafts were printing.
Now me shooting at 80 yds is a casual experiment . don't know what speed difference would account for the 4 yds difference but it seemed like it would be more than I would expect I would get.
Do Kurly vane really give you that much more velocity down range or as I suspect it was my modest shooting skill.
