    You don't say what you want it for or how you want to use it.
    I use 220 lb fishing scale as pictured here
    plenty available on E-bay, but then I do make some heavy bows (150# is heaviest ... so far )

    I just use a set of cheap digital luggage scales. Go up to 80lb, I just hook the handle over a couple of strong nails in the roof beam of my garage, loop the strap around the string and pull down using an old arrow marked at 28". Seems to be pretty accurate and only cost 7.

    I have inherited an Easton digital from an archer who has retired from the sport which is blinding but I know they are discontinued - maybe you can find a secondhand one.
