    there is another slightly more complicated fraud that you should be aware of and that is when the person claims that their card details have been used by someone else and the card issuer claws the money back. They usually leave it 6 months before doing this so way too late for paupal to be bothered to investigate, they just try and grab the money back from you. All you can do is block the bidder and report to ebay for false registration details.
