String selection / FastFlight compatibility

Hello,

I've been looking at new strings however I'm a bit uncertain of a couple of things. Firstly from what I can see FastFlight strings are better than Dacron and aren't much more expensive so I was thinking of getting one of those, however would I notice the difference on a 34lb bow (I'm a weed!)? Secondly I've read a few things saying the limbs have to support FastFlight strings, but I can't find anything concrete for my specific limbs (SF premium+). All I've seen is bow packages that have those limbs with a FastFlight string, but nothing that says for definite that it won't damage them. Can anyone give me more definite information?

Thanks

Yes, you would probably notice a small difference in performance.

No, there shouldn't be a problem with hmpe (fastflight/dyneema) strings on limbs of any reasonable quality. I would not use it on a beginner's bow, or old limbs that I'm not sure of.

Note: this is pure hmpe I'm talking about. Mixes with non-stretch materials are not recommended.
