I love the photo of the guy from the Archery Company - 3 arrows - 1 on the string, 2 in the quiver. That's confidence.

Evesham - National Series leg 2

This past weekend saw the first two legs of the AGB National Series, hosted by Evesham AC. As I was at a wedding on the Saturday I was only able to turn up for a bacon sandwich, but it was just up the road so I was able to attend for the shooting on Sunday. It was a blustery weekend (with heavy showers on the Saturday). The full album is up[ on flickr and can be found HERE

    Fort Purbrook

Has it really been that long since I last posted here?? Anyone would think that the Uni Champs hadn't happened in June... But I'm here to talk about THIS weekend just gone, and that was the highly popular field shoot in Fort Purbrook. Full album is HERE

You'd think, wouldn't you, that since we let you come and shoot at Ravens, there'd be at least one shot of me.. 😉

hehehe, the one issue with photographing field archery is, the only way to get everyone is to stay at one target and wait for all to shoot it. As soon as you start moving around you're going to miss people. Even on a ground as open as Fort Purbrook. Take somewhere wooded, like Pentref, and you end up being very restricted!

    Nice photos!

Looks like everyone had a great time. I was booked in, but had to cancel late on :-/ Next year...
