Dont see too many of them about,anybody recommend one and where to get it.
Something along the lines that would be suitable for an intermediate.
Would like something that shows form etc.

I'll go with that - Miika's little collection is a very good start, and it's FREE! But be careful of the Park one; it's 27Mb and unless you have a seriously fast broadband connection it'll take an age to download. If you're using a dial-up, forget it - I'll be a GMB before it's finished!

Best one I have seen is Secrets of the Pros by Carter. It's just on release aid use and has fantastic information in it. Some of the techniques are not the best to copy, but the content and advise is top notch.
