Compound, single or double rear stabilisers?

Ok so I'm getting all sorts of different view points on this and thaught I would bring it up here.
I'm about to buy a new stabiliser set up and I'm trying to decide on a single off set single or adjustable v-bar twin short rod set up.
Some say single because that's the norm now, and 1 person says as my bow is older I would be able to balance the bow better with the double rod set up as I can adjust the weight between the top to achieve the balance I want.

So what do you guys think on this? As I've only ever shot with just a long rod.

What do you mean? should that be 'between the two'? In a single back rod stab system the balance is achieved adjusting the angle of the single rear rod to get the bubble in the middle , the long rod balances the whole thing.

Yea jerry that should have been two, dam iPhone. So why do some compound shooters use twin rear rods?.
