Whoops

The results of squad training with a nice tight group of x7s followed by some accs. I learned that my bow was set up properly, and that i have the same sightmark for both sets. Unfortunately, the x7 is unshootable, as the insert has grown by a couple 1/100th of an inch.

I was shooting at a target pin (obliterated) at 20 yards to do this, a few ends after adjusting my nocking point height. The thing is this brings me down to 6 shootable X7s from a set of 8. One got destroyed at practise when the peep sight was set wrong.

arrows are expendable....you only need 3 to shoot a portsmouth...if you're careful

You can replace the inserts Chris - I had to on a couple of X7s.
I guess that means you seperated them then?

Leave it like that. That should be framed and put on display for all to see. I still have my robin hood from about 4 years ago. 2 all carbon Mckinney shafts joint at the hip. Still has pride and place above my dart board.
