We also have the usual limited edition 2011 Ironman Challenge Enamel Quiver Badge and this year we have a limited run of AIUK Ironman Challenge Mugs Both are available to purchase in the shop when you register and pay for the shoot. Sorry, but the badge and the mug are limited to one per person and are only available to those registering for the shoot.

For those who aren't aware of the AIUK Ironman, it's a fun and very friendly tournament shot at various locations throughout the UK on the same day and at the same time (with the exception of Glasgow this year which will take place a day later on the 28th). The round consists of seven dozen arrows shot outside at an 80cm (10 zone scoring) face at 30m. Medals for the winners, possible loss of toes for the losers... Beachware is optional... having fun isn't....

If your club would like to get involved and host an Ironman shoot on one of the above days, please let me know here or via PM.

I may try to get along to Yorkshire or Cumbria for this. How much is the entry fee?

Good question, and it would be nice to leave the option open but I need to know asap who's shooting where to get everything organised this end.

Also, isn't the 28th not a bank holiday?? I know the Monday 26th (Boxing), and Tue 27th (Christmas) are, but the 28th is a regular work day. Well... for those of us who don't take the time off (or have used up all their holiday time!!)

Does the entry fee have to be paid right away or can it wait?
I fancy the idea of the shoot but won't be paid for a few days yet. I don't know how popular these shoots are but I don't want to miss my chance.

(I'll be shooting in Yorkshire if I enter.)

Also - I still don't have a GNAS number. I'm paid up, but still don't have a number, card or anything.
I've got my receipt around here somewhere though.
