At least that website is not one you're going to wander across. It worries me more how easy it is to order a compound crossbow which you can easily find online in about 10 seconds.
    - Just did that and came up with one worse - the Benjamin Pioneer airbow which chucks an arrow out at 450fps - I dread to think. At least it's priced out of the "OOO that looks fun" range. Mmm?

I find myself considering getting one as a kind of protest purchase . Should be ok as an indoor bow.

You have to allow for customs charges with HK International.Sometimes you get away with it on low value items, but something like this there is a good chance you`ll get a ransom note before customs will release it.

China is seeing a massive explosion in growth of archers, resulting in 100's of small factories turning out cheap bows to meet demand (recurve and compound) at no or little profit.

They are now shipping this stuff around the world because the archers in China prefer to buy premium western brands - make of that what you will.

Putting some of this stuff in a bow press or shooting it, is your choice, but before I do I would like to be 100% confident it meets all western safety standards......
