    It can be "trained out". In Japan for example, being left handed isn't considered great so many train to be right handed.

    And the opposite also applies, right handed archers shooting left handed because of eye dominance. As I do.

    True.

    About a third of Right Handers are left eye dominant according to this as well as about 58% of left handers, so "left handed" archers should actually be more common (although still a minority of shooters) than they are. Assuming that Archery is a reasonable distribution of the general population and that all archers actually are shooting to their eye dominance

    I used to work with someone who was probably one of the last lefties to be 'encouraged' at school to write with his right hand. It was one of the most pathetic things that you have ever seen. His writing was pretty much illegible. He used that crabbed hand position that some lefties use so that they can see what they are writing - but with his right hand. He had to get special pens and pencils to let him write semi-legibly. He had nothing but disdain for the teachers that had ****** him up.
