Sight mount screw sizes - recurve and compound

Does anyone know if the sight mounting block to riser screws are the same size for a recurve and a compound?
trying to see if I can use an old recurve sight on the club demo compound bow, it's not used enough to warrant buying a new compound specific sight for it.

I used my Shibuya recurve sight on my Hoyt compound for a short while until my new compound sight arrived in stock - the mounting screw holes were identical.

I found the same as Karl, I have an old recurve sight on a cheapo random brand compound (EZ archery maybe) compound I use for the same purpose.

    from the AMO Standards: http://www.outlab.it/doc/amostd.pdf

    AMO BOW SIGHT & ACCESSORY
    MOUNTING HOLES STANDARD
Two holes located on the outside of the bow window are to be 10-24 threaded holes spaced 1.312 +- .010 center to center. Minimum thread depth shall be .250. Mounting holes in sights or other side mounting accessories should conform to these dimensions. A line through the axis of the holes shall be parallel to the bowstring.
    The truth hurts, doesn't it?
