    What knife?

What do you use to dig out arrows from stumps and boss frames?
Is it a knife? Fixed blade of folding, make, size? Do you think you are using it within the law?
I had a Bear Grylls folding knife, it bent the 2nd time I used it and snapped further down the time after that, useless.
Now I use a wood jewel Leuku and that is a lovely knife and as tough as anything.
Maybe you have a multi tool with pliers?
What do you rate and what has let you down?

I use a Stanley Wrecking Knife. It's basically a chisel in a holster. So far it's been fine. And less than a tenner. I have a Leatherman too but I don't use that for digging out arrows.

I use a couple of old screwdrivers - a small one for getting into the grain and a big one for use as a chisel. Less chance of damage to shafts or nice brass points on wooden arrows

I always carry a folding, locking knife when shooting. It would be illegal to carry it without good cause, so I try to remember to remove it from pockets. Luckily I remembered about it when I was travelling to the Olympics and posted it home from Victoria station.

But I do like the look of dvd8n's Wrecking Knife.

What about an old chisel, 1/2'' or so.
