We are going to run an outdoor Portsmouth round this year as our indoor facility is unavailable. My questions are:-
1, Will scores count towards handicaps and classifications.
2, How much lower can we expect our scores to be

1. I don't see why not. There is nothing in the rules that specifically states a Portsmouth round MUST be shot indoors.
2. That all depends on the archer and weather but mainly the archer.

Indoor rounds can be shot outdoors (it's hardly an advantage*) as indoor rounds.

As KidCurry said, in prefect conditions, maybe nothing, in gale force winds, a lot lower...

* - unlike shooting an outdoor round indoors

The Frostbite round is shot outdoors but has indoor classifications. Our Club will be in the Selby Postal League this winter for Frostbite and Portsmouth, both outdoors as our usual Indoor facility is off limits at the moment.
I have to forecast what our Portsmouth scores are likely to be. Mmmm

Many thanks for reply. I think I must have missed something as I can't find where a Frostbite can gain a classification.

Outdoor Portsmouth season started. Well only because I have run out of 122cm faces :( but shot a barebow 559 followed by a 562, gentle breeze :) Goal for this winter 570.
