He achieves this by setting draw length, alignment, stance and muscle use all based on your optimum position to make most use of the correct back muscles.
The book is in excellent condition, 140 pages long and contains many useful photographs - especially the overhead ones showing alignments. Its written largely for the compound archer, but the technique also applies to recurve with some examples provided.
