Easton ACC or Lightspeed and appropriate spine for 40lbs bow weight maxxed 29.5" draw

Good day guys,

Firstly thanks for reading and helping!

I'm currently being encouraged by my coach to upgrade my limbs to a higher draw weight.

I'm thinking 40lbs limbs as my last upgrade, figure with the bow tuned to max weight would be about 44lbs, and at 29.5" draw perhaps 47-49 OTF (some formulas suggest it being closer to 49).

I'm wondering if I should settle for Easton ACC or Lightspeed. Lightspeed seems to be a faster arrow but only has 110-120 grain points availble, while ACC has 80 grain points making then both equivalent weight.

Is there a way to determine what's the minimum point weight that is reasonable?
Also, could those who shoot a similar set up suggest an arrow spine? Easton charts seem to be 1 to 2 groups too stiff most of the time.
