Fivics sight damper thread?

Hi - Does anyone know the thread size for the [FONT=&quot]Fivics FVW 502 Sight Bar Damper?

I would guess it's 8/32 - but i don't like to guess when paying for stuff ;)

I have found it for sale in several archery shops and none seem to offer a thread size

the FIVICs site does not seem to have the product listed

cheers and many thanks

It's still in the 2018 product PDF (link, pg 25), but no mention of thread size anywhere.
IIRC this is a bolt with a rubber ring, not a real "damper".

8/32 ... or a 'quarter' as we sometimes call it?
As Fivics is Korean I would expect the thread to be metric and as such it should be easy to find screws to carefully try.
Most likely M6, the difference between M6 and the next size up and down should be obvious, M5 being noticably smaller and M8 vastly bigger (M7 being very uncommon)

Ooooooooh not really.

A UNC thread of 8-32 is 32 threads per inch with a diameter of 8 gauge (about 1/8").

If you want to be a pedant you need to get it right....
The post said 8/32 ...... NOT 8-32
And I hardly think a damper bolt will be 1/8" diameter????
Grrrrr Ftzzzzz Hisssss ;)

Leave it with me. I'll find a reason why I'm not wrong. It may take a while.......

I think you will find that you are both wrong. But there is a small ( 8 in 32) chance that it's two out of three are wrong.
