Hi

I have a quick tune launcher on my compound and i am unsure of how to setup the presure of the spring on the prongs. Should it only just support the waight of the arrow without moving or should it be stiffer ?

Some archers set it so the arrow holds the prongs down at the start, but it rises up to its set position as the draw approaches its end.Try that and see what happens. Afterwards, you can stiffen it from there a little at a time to see if anything changes for the better.

I'll agree with Geoff. These rests are better for heavier arrows as even with light spring tension it still requires energy to get the mass of the prongs and spindle moving.
I set them so the rest droops when loading but should be fully lifted a few inches before full draw.
