Hi, do any members currently shoot at clubs on artificial grass. The Club we share facilities with is currently considering it and I'd be interested to hear the good and bad issues for archery.
The cost is what puts most clubs off artificial turf. I walk past two artificial football pitches on my way to our range and in the summer months (both of them) the plastic stinks.
depending on what they go for you may find getting missed arrows back tricky as you can't cut into artificial turf in the way you can real grass. Likewise if you peg your bosses down.
